To be found eligible for services, a member must be under twenty-one years of age and meet the following criteria:
- Our services are generally MaineCare funded although other options may be available for those that do not meet MaineCare requirements.
- All services must be deemed medically necessary.
- The member must have a completed multi-axial evaluation with an Axis I or Axis II behavioral health diagnosis as well as completed a functional assessment. Our services are MaineCare funded through DHHS and the Office of MaineCare Services.
